Our Ethanol Manufacturing Plant is made up of 305 Investors, 13 Board of Directors (who are all investors), and 31 employees.

 

What do we do?

  • Produce 40 plus million gallons of Ethanol per year

  • Produce Wet and Dry Distillers Grains that are used as nutritious livestock feed

  • Produce CO2 Gas (we currently have not developed a market for CO2)

Production Requirements:

Use 15,000,000 bushels of Grain per Year

  • 42,000 Bu Grain per Day

  • 1.8 Truck Loads per Hour

  • Receive Grain 5 days per Week

  • Produce 415,000 Tons Wet Distillers Grain per Year

  • There are 2 Grain Silo that hold 200,000 bushels each

Use 1,152,000 MMBTU Natural Gas per Year

  • 3,200 MMBTU per day

  • $28,800 per Day @ $9.00 per MMBTU

  • $10,368,000 per Year
